1. General Information

This online shop is operated by VILQ ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Poland. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We sell water level sensor replacements and related accessories for camper vehicles. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur between photos and actual products.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

A binding purchase contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and payment is successfully processed. You will receive confirmation of your order via the payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and selected carrier. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to EU countries via third-party carriers (DPD, GLS, FedEx, or similar). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are non-binding. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at grzegorz@vilq.com with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the goods in their original condition at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Custom-built sensors made to your specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are goods made to the consumer's specifications (Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

7. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of VILQ and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
